Can Vitamin E Oil be Useful For Dark Spots on Face?
It has been claimed for long that vitamin E oil is beneficial for skin. But there is insufficient evidence about this. However, there is some evidence that it can protect from damaging effects of sun and reduce depigmentation in melasma ( a skin condition where there is depigmentation of skin of face) when used in combination of vitamin C.
Another benefit observed is its effect on aging where it acts as an antioxidant.
Antioxidants are substances which fight against free radicals.
Free radicals are produced as a result of metabolism and have damaging effect on collagen and glycosaminoglycans. These two substances are key in keeping your skin moist, smooth and firm.
